We are a roofing company seeking reliable, motivated, and experienced sales representative to run our project management training program. Specializing in roofing, siding, gutter, and window installation, AGR has been in business since 2004 and has completed work in Omaha, Lincoln, as well as surrounding areas. We cover both commercial and residential projects.

Compensation is a base salary plus bonuses based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years roofing sales/project management experience. We have a backend support staff to assist with project and administrative needs: paperwork, billing, installation quality control, repairs, and production scheduling. Marketing material (flyers, shirts, hats, car magnets, business cards) are provided free of cost. Thriving on customer experiences, we have managed to establish a wonderful reputation in the Metro, backed by our 4.8 star average on Google.

Job Description: The sales manager will directly interact with project managers and their homeowners to produce signed contracts to ensure job builds run smoothly and up to code while maintaining good rapport. They are responsible for overseeing the collecting of necessary information, specifics on potential projects, giving accurate estimates, and correctly filling out appropriate documents. Physically, they must be able to climb a ladder to get on roofs for inspections and estimates. We are looking for someone that is willing to perform light travel in the Omaha Metro area (thus, reliable transportation is a must). The right candidate must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with upper-level management to ensure the success of the project management team.
